Health Visits by Nurses in the Home:

 

   Our community health nurses offer a variety of home services such as blood pressure measurement, blood sugar testing, wound treatments, and in-home assessments for infants (0-1 year old), nursing mothers, and families.  Our priority is for patients with chronic medical disabilities that limit their mobility (for example, patients with strokes, paralysis, pressure sores, etc.)

   The nurses are licensed by the Order of Nurses, and work together with physicians, physiotherapists, and other medical personnel to support the patient and his/her family in the process of improving their overall health.
